UCF Conservatory Theatre: Assassins

TD Production Notes: This was my first show at UCF featuring automated scenery. I powered the 15 ft. wide square revolve at center stage with a Hudson Scenic DWU and winch upstage of the platform. The revolve was flanked on both sides with three double sided low profile flats mounted to pivots. The flats were framed and supported by a Tomcat truss structure donated by a local production house. The production required extensive stage firearms training and protocol for the cast and crew that I led and cleared through the campus police department. An amusing prop project from the production that I fabricated was a remote control KFC bucket that jumped every time it was shot.
